More info about our incoming production
March 28, 2025ROMANCE.EXE
Our render artists are exceeding our expectations – I just love how everything looks, not only the well-thought-out lighting system but also the design and overall presentation of the characters. Everything perfectly blends with each other. We’ve earned a lot during the last projects, and in this one, we are trying to implement all the knowledge we have, and I hope you like the results. As you know, we’re releasing this game in 4K, which means a lot for the image quality. Click the images below to see how they look on the full screen.
One of our visual artists earned a specialization badge in sex animation craftsmanship. He introduced the 40-frame animations to Horos: Web of Shadows, and then continued and upgraded his technique in the romance.exe game. In the final product, we’ll extend 40 frames to 200-300 with our AI tool and will present them on screen at 60 frames per second (for the first time in our history). I’m sure there is still a lot to learn, but you need to admit it’s a giant leap forward in comparison to our other games.
Earlier this week, while wrapping up the remaining CVR renders, I started working on the travel mechanics between city locations, and I’m genuinely excited about how it’s coming together. Not only is it visually looking great, but we’ve also got a solid number of locations to create meaningful, interactive moments around town. I’m implementing a hub system: when you click on a spot on the map (like downtown), you’ll enter that area, and from there, you can navigate to nearby sub-locations by clicking the icons located on the background image. It’s a faster way to move around and adds a subtle sense of exploration to the experience.
It will be a long time before we release Chapter 1, but I’m already excited about what we’ll present. Unfortunately, I’m not able to entirely focus on that project – I need to complete CLUB VELVET ROSE: MIDNIGHT BLISS first, gather all materials for the new LWT: AMERICAN SUNSET expansion, assign all work oriented around the latest version of LWT2, and more. But I want to assure you that the rendering process has now been initiated, and one of our most talented visual artists is focused on it 100%.
If you’d like to support the project, adding it to your Steam wishlist would mean a lot to us – it’s a small click that makes a big difference.

COCO embraces her bisexuality, JUSTIN nestled between her thighs, tasting every question she’s ever dared to ask [AMERICAN SUNSET COCO expansion]

So sad the release date was changed from 3rd to 4th quarter. But I hope it will allow to make the game better.
I like the clarity of details on the video especially the quality of pantyhose. But the animations still move with spurts and not smoothly.
I understand. These are just early previews, and we’re still getting the hang of this new animation process. We intend to re-render anything that needs improvement to ensure we deliver top-notch quality.
Extreme resolutions no need for that i have older Laptop and i don’t need to replace it anytime soon i guess also others have somewhat older PC’s – Laptops. It was fine with older versions or if possible to make it for others with lower resoluitions let’s say 1920×1080 if possible still will be great quality. I am long time fan and supporter but impossible anymore!
Don’t stress about it too much. 4K in our games doesn’t mean you need a 4K monitor to enjoy them. If your monitor has a lower resolution, our game will seamlessly scale down to match its capabilities, and thanks to the crisp 4K visuals, everything will still look way better than before. The results are stunning, even on a Steam Deck with a 1280 x 720p resolution.
Not really Eleanor In Miami and American Sunset literally unplayable more resolution means more powerful CPU and RAM memory needed and needing Graphic Card with Intel Integrated here totally unplayable if possible somehow to release also lower performance will be nice if not i guess see ya in some future games eventually!
The issue you’re facing isn’t related to resolution but rather the RENPY engine itself. LWT: AMERICAN SUNSET is a Full HD game (1920 x 1080 px), not 4K (which would be 3840 x 2160 px), and ELEANOR IN MIAMI isn’t 4K either.
We previously used FLASH, then UNITY, and now RENPY. We’re committed to RENPY for the long term because it’s specifically designed for the type of game we’re creating, and it’s highly optimized—not only for PC games but also for web-based games, as well as for MAC, LINUX, and STEAM DECK.
For optimal performance, I recommend closing and reopening your browser, especially for our game, and playing it with other tabs closed. While this isn’t necessary for most modern PCs, it can make a significant difference if you’re running low on RAM, GPU VRAM, or CPU power.
In the long run, upgrading your hardware might be a good idea, as technology continues to advance, and we’re constantly working to make our games as visually impressive as possible.
