After the release of American Sunset
May 24, 2024I’m delighted with the very positive feedback, and I hear every voice saying that we could do something better. Right now we’re analyzing all your comments in order to improve the final version of the game.
We continue rendering and writing new texts for the incoming scenes. I am particularly eager to work on new scenes featuring Hannah, as her character is genuinely captivating and adds a unique element to the story.
I just want to remind you that you already may play AMERICAN SUNSET PREVIEW 2 on lopgold.com as an EARLY PREVIEW. Around 6 hours of exciting gameplay awaits.
Later this year, we plan to release this game on STEAM as an EARLY ACCESS as well. Add it to the WISHLIST if you don’t want to miss it.
Great to hear that you read our suggestions. Looking forward to the new content, it’ll make the game feel even more alive and I’m happy that Renpy is such a good platform to expand the game more easily. The export/import function for saves is great by the way.

It’s not possible with the PREVIEW 2. We’ll add this feature in future installments.
You say that Early Access will be available later this year on Steam. I know that right now Steam indicates that Eleanor: Miami will be available Q3 of this year, and American Sunset lists “to be announced”. Do you anticipate the release to Steam to be before or after Eleanor: Miami? Thanks

I’m super excited for Hannah since she has always felt like the more classic version of “Husband tempted to cheat on his wife.” type of character from old porn stories or videos. Also excited to see how you guys redo her to have a better fit into the story than just some girl Justin can bang once.
Also unapologetically excited to have a big fake boobed blonde bimbo lol. I hope she’s particularly shameless about it too since that would cause the most friction between her and Tracy. Model looks great and glad you’re reading our comments. American Sunset is super ambitious and I’m looking forward to the final product.
I really want to like American Sunset, but there are a couple issues that in my opinion drag it down.
First, there are a couple of scenes that were fine for the original game and even the redux, that now really show their age and look poor. The two most obvious to me are Tracy’s black lingerie show before going to Vegas and Lisa’s black dress during the car sex scenes. In the Tracy scene the lingerie fits absolutely terribly. there is arm clipping, it is multiple sizes too large, doesn’t fit her form… I get it. The Lisa scene isn’t as bad but her skirt clips through her legs more than once and the penetration is well 2012 quality. I have extensively used daz, v4 models, and their clothing. Sometimes a really pretty piece of clothing just does not fit with the morphs on a model, but today these scenes should really be redone to match the rest of the game.
Second, it has been already pointed out, but where is the Temptation? Heck, you can summon Lisa to a room Tracy is currently in to have sex. The original game was about navigating what Justin could do with Lisa while not getting caught by Tracy. Losing that aspect of the game. The game is fun but kinda hollow without those risks.
Third, similar to the last point, having the game have no time limit or game over makes the few stats there are nearly pointless. I spent the first couple weeks basically ignoring anything but the stats and then never had to worry about them again. I wasn’t in trouble for ignoring the women or the chores. I just think the game needs a bit more challenge.
I think adding some scenes to incentive playing a balanced game as well as adding back in at least the fear of getting caught would make this game more enjoyable.
All that said, the game is gorgeous, I do like many of the ideas and ways you adapted the game to fit more modern play. Having played the earlier versions makes the missing elements more noticeable.
Tracy does say she loves cocks, lots of them.. if you neglect her, shouldent that make her a cheater too, without bringing cuck into it?
It would be so HOT if in the game and every future expansion Tracy, already starts cheating on Justin,…Where Justin will have the options on each of Tracy’s cheating affairs… whether he secretly watches her in silence as she cheats and has sex. or interrupt them.
I have one of the ideas for maybe one EVENT SCENE that would lead to SEX.
Let’s say Justin and Tracy go on one of their trips or maybe go to a club or something. and at some point Tracy is gone longer than it should be… Justin looks for her and caught her cheating: at that moment Justin has 2 options:
(SECRETLY WATCH IN SILENCE)
(INTERRUPT THEM AND GET CRAZY)
By choosing (SECRETLY WATCH IN SILENCE) Justin watches in silence as Tracy cheats on him. How she is having wild sex with someone that Justin never saw. and when that EVENT SEX SCENE is finished Justin will not tell her that he saw her doing it.
By choosing (INTERRUPT THEM AND GET CRAZY) Justin gets crazy at what he saw… and angry conversation starts with the following options:
(WALK AWAY)
(FIGHT THE MAN)
By choosing (WALK AWAY) The game presents with one of the endings based on that EVENT SEX SCENE… ending like Justin leaves Tracy gets divorced and marry Lisa and live happy life with beautiful and hot nanny
By choosing (FIGHT THE MAN) Then the angry conversation between Justin and The Man gets crazier and Tracy gets scared by Trying to calm the situation and Justin.
Then the following options:
(WIN) Fight – (FITNES 50)
(LOSE) Fight.
(WIN) Fight – (FITNES 50) By winning the fight Justin can show his DOMINANT role to Tracy, and reclaim her with wild sex right at the scene.
(LOSE) Fight. By losing the fight, Justin has no choice but to watch Tracy get fucked (CUCKOLD PATH)
After the EVENT SEX SCENE is finished either with win or lose… that will stay between Justin and Tracy and the game continues
I know that you guys already have lots of work with already current work that you are doing with American Sunset…and I cant wait to play it on STEAM…This idea comes to my mind because Tracy is really tempted to cheat on Justin and probably do more… maybe something like this in future expansions or something…
Great job guys. Got to add Derek in scene where he just watches. If you leave you should come back to him and Tracy getting it on. Lisa needs to be able to go to swingers club as well.
